Saxon Logan - Sleepwalker

Much of this film is a wafer thin attack on Thatcherite Britain in the guise of a schlocky horror film. A soundtrack so hideously 80s it should be banned. Loathsome characters one and all but it does what it says. In comparison to The Insomniac, it plays more like a snotty yuppy version to the idyllic yet slightly out of place rendition while still somewhat complimenting the two. For what little my opinion is worth, I preferred The Insomniac for the beautiful camerawork however it would be remiss of me not to mention the excellent lighting that underscores Sleepwalker throughout the film.
